Looking for Accountants with 3-4 years of post-graduation experience. The role requires candidates to do accounting and fund related compliance activities for various CAT-1 and CAT-II Funds.
Job Responsibilities includes:
- Accounting of transactions with accuracy, timely recording of transaction and day to day bookkeeping.
- Preparing CAS and SOA for investors.
- Preparation of SEBI quarterly reporting and drawdown notices and onboarding LPs
- Trustee Compliances including QAR and QTR preparations
- Ensure Compliance with SEBI, Income Tax, GST and other authorities on timely basis for the Fund entities.
- Working knowledge of Tax deducted at source, advance tax, etc. (TDS payment workings monthly basis and filling of Quarterly TDS returns)
- Ensure KYC compliance as applicable for fund entities at CKYC and KRA portal.
- Working knowledge of Goods and Service Tax (GST), compliance, return filing process (GST payment workings and filling of returns along with Annexures monthly basis).
- Monthly books closure after recording provisions and special transactions.
Technical Skills:
- Understanding of fund accounting, SEBI compliances.
- Microsoft office mainly strong MS-Excel skills
- Tally or QuickBooks working knowledge is a MUST
