Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Lead with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP Yard and Resource Management SAP Storage Unit Management and SAP WM RF Transactions. Experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting and Mutual Fund/Security Accounting is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP Yard and Resource Management solutions.Oversee the integration of SAP Storage Unit Management within the existing systems.Provide expertise in SAP WM RF Transactions to enhance warehouse operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.Train and mentor team members on SAP functionalities and best practices.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Participate in project planning and provide input on resource allocation.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in SAP Yard and Resource Management.Demonstrate expertise in SAP Storage Unit Management.Have a strong background in SAP WM RF Transactions.Experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting is a plus.Knowledge of Mutual Fund/Security Accounting is desirable.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Proven track record of successful project implementations.Ability to mentor and train team members.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
