Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP CO functional implementations aligned with business requirements.
• Execute full-cycle S/4HANA CO implementations within manufacturing environments.
• Provide functional expertise across Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Discrete Manufacturing, and Process Manufacturing scenarios.
• Configure and manage Product Cost Collectors (PCC) for repetitive manufacturing and cost object controlling.
• Perform and support month-end and year-end closing activities in alignment with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FI, PP, MM, and SD modules effectively.
• Support data migration activities and enhance user experience through Fiori applications.
• Configure and support interfaces, IDOCs, and related FICO functionalities.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP CO and SAP Controlling configuration and support.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA CO implementations in manufacturing industries.
• In-depth understanding of product costing, cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
• Expertise in manufacturing scenarios including MTO, MTS, discrete, and process manufacturing.
• Experience managing Product Cost Collectors (PCC) and repetitive manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of cross-module integration with FI, PP, MM, and SD.
• Familiarity with Fiori applications, data migration processes, and batch management.
• Experience working with IDOCs and interface configurations within FICO.
• Strong stakeholder communication and business process mapping skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
