(Systems Thinker | Client Owner | Fully Remote)


We are hiring for two roles

  1. Functional Consultant
  2. Senior Functional Consultant


At Satori Craft, we dont implement HRMS. We design decision-grade systems for people teams.


This role sits at the uncomfortable, but powerful intersection of business ambiguity, HR reality, and

SaaS systems. If you enjoy untangling messy requirements, asking better questions than the client

initially asks, and leaving behind systems that actually scale, read on.


This role is for you if


  • You instinctively solve problems before configuring software
  • You can explain complex system trade-offs to senior stakeholders without hiding behind
  • jargon
  • You feel uneasy handing over a system unless youd personally trust it in production
  • Youre as comfortable leading conversations as you are mapping processes


What youll do (in the real world)


1. Own implementations end-to-end

Youll lead HRMS implementations from problem framing solution design UAT go-live

stabilization.

This is not a ticket execution role. You will:

Translate fuzzy business needs into clear, scalable system designs

Make trade-offs explicitand defend them with logic

Ensure scope, timelines, and quality dont quietly erode mid-project

Depending on client size, you may run engagements solo or co-lead with another consultant.


2. Be the clients functional anchor

Youll act as the single point of functional ownership for your clients.

That includes:

Leading workshops with HR, IT, Finance, and leadership teams

Handling change requests with clarity (impact, dependencies, consequences)

Ensuring training and handovers feel like enablement, not a dump of documents

Clients should walk away thinking:This person understands our businessnot just the tool.


3. Design for today - and the next 3 years

Youll help clients move from current-state constraints future-ready HR platforms.

That means:

Advising on best-practice HRMS design without forcing textbook answers

Thinking beyond go-live into adoption, maturity, and optimization

Clearly articulating business value, not just feature usage


4. Create documentation that survives reality

Yes, youll create blueprints, functional specs, and solution decks.

But the real bar is higher:

Someone else should be able to run the system a year later

AMS / Customer Success teams should thank you, not curse you

Clarity > volume, always


5. Drive adoption like it actually matters

You will:

Anticipate resistance before it becomes visible

Design change interventions proactively

Ensure milestone sign-offs reflect real readiness, not ceremonial approval


What we care about most


  • We hire for judgment, problem-solving, and ownershipnot just platform logos.
  • You likely bring:
  • 5+ years of HRMS or enterprise SaaS implementation experience
  • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments (enterprise experience is a big plus)
  • Strong client communication and workshop-facilitation skills
  • Comfort working with integrations, APIs, payroll dependencies, and edge cases
  • A bias for ownershipyou dont wait to be told whats brokenDarwinbox experience is a plus, not a prerequisite.
