Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Work Management solutions to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.Oversee the integration of SAP Waste Management modules to ensure seamless operations and compliance with environmental regulations.Provide expertise in SAP Energy Data Management to support accurate data collection analysis and reporting.Manage SAP Customer Care Services to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service delivery.Implement SAP Device Management solutions to ensure effective tracking and maintenance of company assets.Develop and maintain SAP Billing systems to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Oversee SAP Service Contracts to manage agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and challenges.Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency and adoption of SAP solutions.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Ensure all solutions align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
