What would you do? The Vendor Master Senior Analyst is a leadership role responsible for overseeing vendor data management processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing strategic insights to optimize vendor relationships and operational efficiency. This role involves managing complex vendor master data, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. The Vendor Master Senior Analyst plays a key role in guiding and mentoring junior analysts, implementing best practices, and contributing to the strategic direction of vendor management initiatives. Vendor Master Data Management: Lead the management of vendor master data, including vendor setup, maintenance, and governance processes. Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of vendor information across systems and databases. Develop and implement data quality standards, controls, and validation rules to maintain data integrity and compliance. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct advanced data analysis and modeling to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to track vendor performance, spending patterns, and compliance metrics. Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to senior management based on data analysis and industry benchmarks.

Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support on complex vendor data issues and projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build consensus, drive alignment, and achieve shared goals. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, innovation, and collaboration within the vendor management team.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
