Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective classroom lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate students

Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum

Guide and mentor students to support their academic and personal development

Conduct assignments, tests, and evaluations

Participate in academic planning, departmental meetings, and college activities

Encourage interactive learning and critical thinking

Eligibility Criteria

Postgraduate Degree (PG) in the relevant subject (Mandatory)

1 20 years of teaching experience in junior college, degree, or PG college

Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

Passion for teaching and student mentoring
