Full-Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer for an opportunity to work on technically challenging problems at the intersection of Software, 3D, and Manufacturing to create precision 3D jewelry components.

**Developer must already understand 3D platforms and technologies or must be willing to learn in-depth how to house an contain live 3D editing software using React + Three.JS, or similar.

This is a high-ownership role within a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Leadership to deliver production-grade Web-apps under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating autonomously, making technical decisions, and owning features end-to-end, and actively manage the platforms created.

Full Stack Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications with a focus on scalability and performance
• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs supporting user-driven configuration
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Management to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Debug, optimize, and improve performance across both application code and automation scripts
• Maintain clear documentation and uphold best practices in code quality, testing, and version control
• Take ownership of deliverables and consistently meet tight deadlines

3D Responsibility. (Willing to learn)

• Integrate Blender Python scripts, including headless execution, to procedural generation of precise 3D jewelry components which then output to UI using Three.js (If you have not done this you must be willing to learn and take ownership of this stream).
• Manage automation workflows for geometry generation, data processing, and 3D pipeline integration
• Ensure generated 3D assets are: Clean, watertight meshes, dimensionally accurate and properly scaled, suitable for downstream rendering and manufacturing workflows.
• Integrate 3D outputs with back-end systems and APIs

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience as a Full-Stack Developer in a production environment
• Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for automation and scripting
• Strong experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks end-to-end, and make sound technical decisions
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Hands-on experience with Blender and the Blender Python API (or willing to dive-deep and learn)
• Experience with procedural / parametric geometry generation
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with precise real-world units (e.g., millimeters)

Nice to Have

• Background in Jewelry modeling or CAD-style workflows, with an understanding of manufacturing constraints (e.g., casting, 3D printing)
• Familiarity with REST APIs and database systems (SQL / NoSQL)
• Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or other web-based 3D technologies
• Experience generating geometry based on user-defined parameters
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure or deployment pipelines
• Ability to look at existing software and strategize on reverse engineering to serve our purposes
