A strong hands-on Fullstack Tech Lead who:

• Codes daily
• Designs scalable systems
• Leads by example
• Takes ownership end-to-end

We want a builder + problem solver, not a people manager.

Tech Stack (must have most of these)

• Backend: FastAPI / Spring Boot / NodeJS
• Frontend: React / NextJS
• Database: Postgres / MySQL
• Cache: Redis
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
• DevOps: Docker, CI/CD
• API-first, Microservices architecture
• Good understanding of GenAI/LLM integrations is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable fullstack applications
• Write clean, production-grade code (backend + frontend)
• Lead architecture decisions
• Build reusable frameworks & common components
• Optimize performance, security & reliability
• Mentor 35 engineers technically
• Work directly with product & clients
• Own delivery end-to-end (design code deploy support)

Must Have

• 48 years experience in Fullstack development
• Strong coding skills (we will test hands-on)
• Experience building systems from scratch
• Experience with REST APIs & Microservices
• Cloud deployment experience
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup culture

Good to Have

• GenAI / LLM integration experience
• System design knowledge
• Banking / Telco / Enterprise project exposure
• DevOps automation experience
• Open-source contributions
