Weve launched our MVP, parents are already using it daily, and were growing quickly. To keep up the momentum, were looking for a product-minded fullstack engineer who wants to ship meaningful features that directly improve family well-being.

• Build features end-to-end across our React Native mobile app + Node.js backend
• Collaborate with design & product to deliver simple, intuitive experiences for busy parents
• Shape how our AI assistant interprets, tracks, and recommends care
• Contribute to architecture, tooling, and infrastructure as we scale
• Balance MVP speed with long-term quality
• Work async-first with daily overlap in U.S. Pacific hours (34 hrs)

• 25 years building production-grade applications
• Strong React Native (TypeScript preferred) + frontend instincts
• Node.js (Express/Nest.js), API development experience
• Bonus: Firebase, Postgres, mobile CI/CD, OpenAI API integrations
• Full lifecycle thinker: architecture QA deployment
• Clear, proactive communicator in async/remote environments
