Role Overview/Your Impact:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performing web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional development teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. Your expertise across the full technology stackspanning front-end, back-end, and database developmentwill drive innovation, performance, and reliability across our digital platforms.

In this role, you will:

Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables that align with business objectives.

Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement secure, efficient client-side and server-side architectures for both desktop and mobile applications.

Deliver Exceptional Interfaces: Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue, ensuring seamless user experiences.

Develop Robust Back-End Systems: Build and maintain APIs and server-side applications leveraging C#, .NET Core, Java, Python, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.

Manage Databases Effectively: Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, DynamoDB) to ensure performance and scalability.

Ensure Quality & Security: Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning while implementing strong security measures and data protection protocols.

Enable Continuous Improvement: Support CI/CD pipelines and containerization using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Collaborate on Insights: Work with data scientists and analysts to integrate analytics and enhance software performance.

Document & Share Knowledge: Create clear, comprehensive technical documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices to continually enhance development processes.
