Role Description

We are building a technology platform for farmers and rural stakeholders. We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer who can own the product technicallyfrom fixing bugs and improving performance to building new features and integrating third-party services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and real-world impact, not just writing code.
Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the existing application codebase. UI/UX, Frontend/ Backend.
Fix bugs, crashes, and performance issues
Develop and deploy new features & modules
Integrate third-party APIs (payments, SMS, WhatsApp, analytics, maps, etc.)
Improve application scalability, security, and reliability
Work closely with the founder to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure clean code, documentation, and version control
Support mobile app / webview changes (if applicable)
Participate in weekly sprints and releases
