Job Summary We are seeking aspirational graduates interested in a career in Consulting to join our niche Banking Domain and Practice. As a Consultant, you will support Senior Consultants, Project Managers, and teams of talented, professional business and technology consultants in the delivery of business-focused solutions for our clients using Oracle applications, tools, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop skills and competence on our products in terms of functionality, design, and architecture
• Develop extensions or customization around our products in context of customer asks, including UI/UX, business functionality, interfaces, and integration, or reports and visualizations
• Assist in the testing and deployment of the product and the customization and developments
• Prepare documentation, including program specifications, unit test plans, test cases, technical documentation, release notes, and status reports
• Engage with customers at all levels to deliver high-quality projects, services, and advice

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

• Recent graduate or post-graduate with 3-12 years of field experience
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, SOAP, and REST-based web services
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, Junit, JMeter, Eclipse, GIT, Jira, Ant, and Unix Shell scripting
• Exposure to application servers, middleware concepts, and security concepts
• Sound knowledge of SDLC, including waterfall and agile models
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Desired:

• Experience in working in the BFSI domain, specifically in banking
• Strong Oracle tech skills, including PL/SQL, SQL, and Java
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of solutions from inception to go-live
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in supporting critical phases of projects
