Broad roles and responsibilities

ü  Architect and Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Golang and intuitive and performant frontend interfaces using React

ü  Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a collaborative environment

ü  Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards

ü  Collaboration: Work with backend developers, frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions

ü  Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues

ü  Debugging and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues in both backend and frontend components

ü  Testing: Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests

ü  Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.

Required Skills

ü  6+ years of professional experience in full stack development

ü  Expert proficiency in Java/Golang and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot)

ü  Extensive experience with React.js for frontend development

ü  Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript & NodeJS

ü  Proficient in RESTful API design and development

ü  Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases

ü  Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)

ü  Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

ü  Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

ü  Familiarity with GraphQL

ü  Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker)

ü  Familiarity with Jaeger for monitoring and tracing

ü  Proficiency in unit testing frameworks

ü  Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes)

ü  Familiarity with agile development methodologies

ü  Knowledge of security best practices and secure coding principles.

Qualifications & Experience

ü  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related field.

ü  6-8 years of experience in Fullstack

ü  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

ü  Strong communication and collaboration abilities

ü  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
