About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in WordPress custom plugin development, custom themes, API integrations , and end-to-end web development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building complex systems from scratch and should be comfortable working across both front-end and back-end technologies.

Key Responsibility:

• Build custom WordPress plugins and custom themes from scratch.
• Customize existing plugins/themes based on project requirements.
• Maintain high-performance, responsive, and secure WordPress environments.
• Implement new features, modules, and functional enhancements.
• Develop dynamic, scalable websites and web applications.
• Create clean, well-structured code using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS .
• Work on front-end UI/UX improvements and back-end logic/architecture.
• Optimize website speed, performance, and SEO-friendly structure.

API Integration & System Architecture:

• Integrate third-party APIs (REST, JSON, Webhooks) into custom solutions.
• Build new APIs as needed for internal tools and external connections.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create web workflows and automation.

Technical Ownership:

• Build complete systems from scratch with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, handle deployments, and maintain code quality.
• Write documentation for custom plugins, modules, or systems built.
• Ensure best practices in security, version control, and scalability.

Required Technical Skills:

• Expert-level WordPress development (custom plugins & themes).
• Strong in PHP , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
• Experience with MySQL and database architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs , JSON, and webhooks.
• Ability to create custom dashboards, admin panels, and modules.
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
• Understanding of hosting environments, cPanel, and deployments.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Shopify/React/Laravel (good to have, not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• 35 years of experience as a Full Stack or WordPress Developer.
• Strong portfolio of custom WordPress development work.
• Ability to independently architect, develop, and deliver projects.
