Role Description

We're looking for a fast, reliable developer to support both client projects and our internal marketing initiatives. You'll build landing pages, implement website changes, troubleshoot issues, and help us move quickly on growth experiments. Youll be building production WordPress websites, owning frontend quality, implementing technical SEO, and helping ship fast, high-performance sites for growing brands. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own work end-to-end - from build to deployment.

What youll do

• Build custom WordPress sites (themes, plugins, frontend)
• Deliver high-quality frontend experiences (responsive, fast, clean UI)
• Implement technical SEO: Schema, Page speed optimisation, URL structure, Redirects and Core Web Vitals
• Handle deployments and basic DevOps (staging, production, rollbacks)
• Work with Git (GitHub / Bitbucket)
• Use AI tools (Copilot / ChatGPT etc.) to speed up development
• Collaborate via Jira
• Communicate clearly with the team (spoken + written English)
