SchoolCues is a fast-growing U.S.-based K-12 Enterprise SaaS EdTech company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Were scaling quickly and are looking to hire an experienced .NET Technology Team Leader ASAP to lead our engineering team in Chennai.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive delivery, mentor engineers, and own technical execution for a complex SaaS platform.

• Lead and manage a 15+ member development and QA team
• Stay hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and problem-solving
• Drive delivery across web and mobile applications
• Enforce coding standards, quality, and Agile best practices
• Collaborate closely with U.S.-based product and leadership teams

• 46+ years leading software development teams
• Strong full-stack .NET experience (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, MVC)
• REST APIs, Web APIs, Entity Framework
• SQL Server (queries, stored procedures)
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery
• CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Octopus), JIRA
• Strong understanding of OOPS and design patterns
• Experience with Agile development
• Exposure to AI tools is a plus

• VERY strong written and spoken English
• Proven leadership and team-mentoring skills
• Must be currently located in Chennai
• Minimum 2 years in your current role
