Full Stack PHP Developer

Bhalekar Consulting is expanding its engineering capability and were looking for aseasoned Full-Stack PHP Developer who can architect, build, and ship robust web applications for global clients.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications usingPHP (preferably Laravel / Symfony or similar frameworks).
• Build clean, responsive front-ends usingHTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).
• Work withMySQL / PostgreSQL (or similar) to design efficient schemas and write optimized queries.
• Develop and integrateRESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps, Design) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding standards and architecture.
• Own the full SDLC: requirements understanding, estimation, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release improvements.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP-based web development.
• Strong experience with at least one majorPHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Solid front-end skills inJavaScript , along with strong command overHTML/CSS .
• Strong database design and query optimization experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL ).
• Experience withGit and standard CI/CD workflows.
• Good understanding ofOOP, design patterns, and software architecture .
• Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.

• Experience withcloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Exposure toDocker or containerized deployments.
• Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical lead.
