Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack MERN Developer with strong backend expertise to build and scale product-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GenAI integrations, AWS cloud services, face recognition systems, and third-party APIs.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable backend systems while collaborating closely with frontend, AI, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based backend architectures
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB
• Develop and maintain end-to-end MERN stack applications
• Implement and manage inter-service communication (REST, messaging, queues)
• Integrate Generative AI solutions (LLMs, chatbots, embeddings, AI workflows)
• Implement face recognition systems for authentication and verification use-cases
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize microservices on AWS
• Work with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS
• Handle third-party API integrations (payment gateways, SMS, email, analytics, auth)
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance
• Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver product features
• Write clean, modular, testable, and well-documented code

Required Skills

• 45 years of experience in full-stack MERN development
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
• Proven experience building microservices-based systems
• Experience with service orchestration, API gateways, and load balancing
• Good hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud & deployment
• Experience with Generative AI tools & APIs
• Hands-on experience with face recognition/computer vision integration
• Experience integrating third-party services & APIs
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
• Experience with Docker & CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience on AI product development is must
• Experience with Kubernetes / container orchestration
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS, RabbitMQ)
• Experience in high-scale product-based startups
• Knowledge of system design & performance optimization
