About the role: Tech Lead - FullStack

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, JavaScript, and React, along with a solid understanding of backend architecture and system design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development across backend (PHP, Python) and frontend (JavaScript, React) systems

Own end-to-end architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability

Guide the team on best practices, code quality, and technical decision-making

Collaborate with product, analytics, and integration teams to deliver business-focused

solutionsReview code, mentor engineers, and drive technical excellence

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience in PHP, Python, JavaScript, and React [8-13 years of experience]

Deep understanding of backend architecture, APIs, databases, and integrations

Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience with system design, performance optimization, and debugging complex issues

Good communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, and microservices

Exposure to analytics or high-scale platforms

This role requires strong ownership, architectural thinking, and the ability to lead teams while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
