POSITION OVERVIEW

The Module lead will design, develop, and maintain server-side components, ensuring the functionality,

performance, and scalability of web applications. This role involves collaborating with front-end developers and

other teams to build robust, efficient, and secure backend systems.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant application

Write well designed, tested, efficient code in a CI-CD environment

Implementation of security and data protection

Design and code back-end systems and APIs

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

BE/ B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience required

Experience in leading a team

PREFERRED SKILLS

Strong knowledge of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express JS, Reactjs, Node.js, HTML5,

CSS3, jQuery, Bootstrap, SASS)

Must have experience building APIs in nodejs using MongoDB

Experience in developing cloud native applications on AWS

Must have worked on microservices architecture

Self-starter, self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision

Work transparently in a non-hierarchical, matrix-based organization structure

Self-learner with a desire to stay informed on best practices and latest web developments.

Ability to multi-task and switch context to changing priorities in a highly dynamic environment

Excellent troubleshooting skills
