About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer with strong expertise in cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure. The role involves building, modernizing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of backend and frontend development skills with hands-on experience deploying solutions to the Azure cloud ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.

Build responsive frontend interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and related frameworks.

Develop, optimize, and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging Azure services such as App Service, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service), Azure Functions, Blob Storage, and Event Hub.

Work closely with architecture and DevOps teams to design CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions.

Ensure robust security, scalability, and performance tuning for all application layers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Product, Business) in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality releases.

Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure best coding practices and maintainability.

Contribute to the modernization of legacy systems and support migration to Azure Cloud.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

810 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

Experience with frontend technologies: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

Deep understanding of Azure Cloud components App Service, AKS, Azure Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub, Service Bus, and Azure SQL.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps CI/CD best practices.

Experience with Kafka or messaging queues is an added advantage.

Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to AI/ML integration on Azure or Data Engineering pipelines.

Experience working in financial or banking domain (especially Trade Settlement / Custody systems).

Familiarity with Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices.
