Project Overview:

We are initiating an Angular migration project to upgrade our existing application from Angular v11 to v20 . Were seeking Technical Lead (TL) with Full stack Java + Angular experience

who can contribute to modernizing the front-end, enhancing performance, and ensuring smooth transition across framework versions.

Core Technical Skills

• Frontend:
• Angular (v11+), React (Hooks, Context API, Redux or Zustand)
• TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+)
• HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design
• Migration Expertise:
• Experience in converting Angular components, services, and RxJS patterns to React equivalents.
• Knowledge of React Router, dynamic routing, and modular architecture.
• Backend:
• Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Build & Tooling:
• Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Testing:
• Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
• Knowledge of Angular testing frameworks for legacy code

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and risk mitigation skills

Additional

• Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, RxJS)
• Knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
