Aleph Technologies is a Singapore-based startup building AI-powered optimization tools for manufacturing and logistics. Were already working in the manufacturing space and now extending into logistics, starting with the aviation sector. We replace legacy systems and manual workflows with intelligent, conversational interfaces that operations teams actually want to use. Our tech stack is modern, our problem space is massive, and were working with clients across the Middle East and Asia.

About the Role

Were looking for a Full Stack Intern with strong frontend skills and the hunger to grow into a true full-stack engineer. Youll work directly with the founding team shipping features that real operations teams will use, not building toy projects that sit in a repo.

What youll do

Build and refine production UI screens using Next.js, React, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui

Collaborate closely with backend and AI engineers to integrate APIs and real-time data flows

Own end-to-end feature delivery from design handoff to deployment

Gradually take on backend responsibilities (Python / FastAPI) as you grow into the stack

Contribute to our conversational AI interface one of the first of its kind in the manufacturing and logistics space

This is not a fetch coffee and watch internship. Youll ship code in your first week.

What Were Looking For

Must-haves

Strong fundamentals in React / Next.js and modern CSS (Tailwind preferred)

Comfort with JavaScript/TypeScript you can debug, not just copy-paste

Basic understanding of REST APIs and how frontend talks to backend

Self-starter energy you dont wait to be told what to do next

Good written communication (our team is async-first and distributed)

Great-to-haves

Exposure to Python or any backend framework

Familiarity with Git workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)

Interest in AI/ML tooling LangChain, LangGraph, or similar

Experience with component libraries like shadcn/ui or Radix

Bonus: If youve built something end-to-end and can show it side project, hackathon, open source anything.

We care about what you can build, not where you went to school. College students (pre-final/final year) and fresh graduates are both welcome.
