Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Growth Marketer who has run paid performance campaigns end-to-end across Google, Meta, and Instagram for a B2B SaaS company and can take complete ownership of driving pipeline and revenue from paid channels.
This role is not about campaign execution only. Its about strategy, experimentation, analytics, and scalable growth. Youll be responsible for turning paid media into a predictable, performance-driven demand engine.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Growth Ownership
- Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and retargeting platforms strategy, execution, optimization, and scale
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns: awareness, consideration, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion
- Build performance campaigns targeting enterprise decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of E-commerce, Marketing, Creative, etc.)
- Manage budgets efficiently to drive pipeline growth and revenue impact
Google Ads Management
- Run and optimize Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
- Build high-intent keyword strategies aligned with ICP search behavior
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve CVR and lower CAC
- Leverage remarketing and audience layering for demand capture
Meta & Instagram Performance Marketing
- Own Facebook and Instagram Ads campaigns across formats: single image, carousel, video, lead gen, and retargeting
- Develop audience strategies including lookalikes, custom audiences, and interest targeting
- Test creatives, hooks, messaging angles, and offers to maximize CTR and conversions
- Drive high-quality inbound leads that convert into meetings and pipeline
Analytics & Performance
- Deeply understand performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel drop-offs
- Set up tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations
- Build dashboards and weekly performance reports with clear insights and next actions
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data, attribution insights, and revenue impact
SaaS Demand Generation
- Work closely with Sales and Growth teams to align campaigns with ICPs and revenue targets
- Drive high-quality inbound leads that convert into meetings and revenue
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies through paid media
- Run structured experiments across channels, creatives, offers, and landing pages
Creative & Messaging
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Translate Flixstocks value proposition into compelling, platform-native messaging
- Continuously test value propositions, pain points, case studies, and proof-driven messaging
What Were Looking For-
Must-Haves:
- 48 years of experience running Google and Meta Ads for a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience owning paid growth and pipeline targets, not just campaign execution
- Strong understanding of B2B funnels, ICP targeting, and lead qualification
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and tracking setup
- Strong analytical and experimentation mindset
Good to Have:
- Experience marketing to enterprise or mid-market clients
- Exposure to ABM and sales-led growth models
- Understanding of Martech / Adtech / SaaS ecosystems
- Experience with CRM attribution (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience scaling budgets while maintaining efficiency
