About the Role

We are hiring a backend-focused Full Stack Engineer to join our engineering team and work on a live SaaS platform used in production.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys building scalable backend systems, solving real-world problems, and taking ownership of features from design to deployment. You will work on core product infrastructure and help scale the platform as the company grows.

This is a high-impact role with strong technical ownership and growth potential.

Location: Remote/Hybrid

CTC: Up to 8 LPA (based on experience and skillset)

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI
• Build and manage asynchronous workflows and background processing systems
• Integrate and maintain AWS infrastructure (S3, EC2, RDS, Kinesis)
• Design and implement clean, reliable APIs
• Debug and optimize production systems
• Collaborate on frontend integrations (TypeScript)
• Improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Participate in architectural and technical decisions
• Write clean, testable, production-ready code

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Python backend development
• Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and concurrency
• Experience with background job systems (Celery or similar)
• AWS fundamentals (S3, EC2, RDS)
• SQL and database fundamentals
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Git workflow and version control
• Ability to understand and improve existing codebases

Nice to Have

• TypeScript / frontend experience
• Docker / DevOps familiarity
• Production monitoring experience
• Experience with distributed systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
