Role Overview

As a Full-Stack Developer(5+ years experience) , youll own end-to-end delivery for customer deployments - building product features, integrating with client systems, and taking solutions live in production. This role is hands-on acrossbackend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure , with a strong emphasis onreal-time, low-latency communication using WebSockets and REST APIs. Youll also support deployment readiness, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in live customer environments, including travel when required.

What youll do

• Develop and customize full-stack components usingNode.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Integrate services into client-owned environments usingreverse-pattern integrations via WebSockets andREST APIs .
• Design and implementultra-low-latency data flows: connection lifecycle handling, back-pressure control, retry logic, failover strategies.
• Build and maintain backend services withPostgreSQL , optimized for high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
• Provision, deploy, and manageAzure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (mandatory) .
• Containerize services usingDocker and deploy/manage workloads onKubernetes (AKS) .
• Configure and manageAzure API Management (APIM) for secure, high-volume, low-latency API traffic.
• Participate in customer workshops, go-live support, and performance monitoring/debugging of latency-sensitive systems.

What were looking for (must-have)

• Strong production experience withNode.js andPostgreSQL systems.
• Experience integrating into customer environments viaWebSockets and/or REST APIs (reverse-pattern integration).
• Proven experience buildingreal-time, ultra-low-latency systems .
• Hands-onMicrosoft Azure infrastructure experience, includingAKS, APIM, networking, Key Vault, storage, monitoring .
• Strong customer/stakeholder communication; ability to lead technical discussions on integration design, latency constraints, and deployment trade-offs.
• Willingness to travel for customer deployments and operational support.

Nice-to-have

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs / generative AI and building GenAI evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Azure ML / Data Lake for model development and deployment.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning or multimodal models.
