Role: Full Stack Engineer (Trainer)

We are looking for an experienced fullstack engineering leader who can teach, mentor, and architect enterprisegrade applications for BFSI environments. You will guide participants through backend, frontend, integration, and cloud layersembedding resilience, security, and performance into every build.

Key Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Delivery

• Teach backend engineering (Java 17, Spring Boot), frontend frameworks (Angular/React, TypeScript).
• Deliver modules on APIfirst design, microservices, and eventdriven architectures.

2. Enterprise Architecture

• Guide participants on secure, scalable design using OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, OWASP.
• Teach resilience patterns (Resilience4j: circuit breaker, bulkhead, retry, timeout).
• Explain caching, domain modelling, and BFSIspecific NFRs.

3. Integration & Cloud

• Demonstrate API Gateway patterns, service discovery (Eureka), Kafka messaging.
• Cover Dockerization, CI/CD with Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and observability (Elasticsearch).

4. AI Collaboration

• Work with AI & Data trainers to integrate AI services safely.
• Teach secure AI API consumption for BFSI workloads.

5. Mentorship & Leadership

• Lead teams through productiongrade microservice builds.
• Conduct reviews, enforce standards, and coach engineers on architecture decisions.

Required Experience

• 8-12+ years in enterprise software engineering.
• Deep experience in Java 17 + Spring Boot and frontend tech (Angular/React).
• Exposure to BFSI domain and regulatory constraints.
• Strong background in cloud (AWS/Azure), microservices, and CI/CD.
• Proven experience building scalable, production-grade systems.
