Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Build reusable components, modules, and libraries.

Integrate with RESTful APIs

Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive features

Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes

Deep understanding of ASP.NET 4.5 architecture, including page life cycle, routing, master pages, user controls, and Razor views.

Solid command of C# programming with strong OOP principles.

Experience with ADO.NET and/or Entity Framework 5/6 for accessing SQL Server databases.

Competence in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX

Good-to-Have

Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API (v1/v2)

Knowledge of serialization formats (JSON, XML), content negotiation, and API versioning.

Knowledge of configuring and deploying ASP.NET applications on Internet Information Services (IIS).

Ability to enhance user experience using dynamic client-side scripting.
