Full Stack Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade business applications. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing scalable and secure services, and ensuring high code quality through regular reviews. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system environments including certificates and OAuth2 secrets.

Experience: 5-9 years of experience

Technical Skills:

Must Have:

• T-SQL (Transact-SQL): Strong expertise in writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, and performance tuning.
• C#: Solid knowledge with a focus on developing Windows Services, RESTful APIs, and Class Libraries.
• 1-2 projects on Nodejs and 1-2yrs in Angular is compulsory.

Good to Have:

• Azure Services: Hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Factory and other Azure cloud services (e.g., App Service, Storage, Functions).
• MEAN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js): Working knowledge is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of integration patterns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Review and prepare technical design documents such as architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and system component specifications.
• Ensure designs follow best practices in software engineering, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards across the development team.
• Stay updated with new technologies and methodologies and integrate them into the development process where appropriate.
• Monitor and optimize application performance and availability, applying corrective measures as required.
• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and patch implementation.
• Manage application environments by maintaining certificates, OAuth2 secrets, and ensuring system readiness.
