Full Stack Engineer

At Sollu , were building the voice of healthcare. Hospitals across India trust our cloud platform to ensure they never miss a patient call from appointment booking to follow-ups and reminders. Our solutions power IVR, WhatsApp, WebRTC, and AI-driven communication that improve patient access and hospital efficiency. Were in hypergrowth mode , expanding rapidly across 250+ hospitals and were looking for passionate engineers to help us scale our platform and shape the future of healthcare communication in India.

Were looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer with hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, and Node.js (MERN-stack familiarity a bonus) who loves solving real-world problems. Youll build scalable microservices, APIs, and communication layers that directly impact how patients and hospitals connect every day.

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and Express.js .
• Work on MongoDB data models and optimize queries for performance and scalability.
• Build and consume REST APIs and microservices for our communication modules.
• Integrate and optimize WebRTC , VoIP, and telecom APIs within our product ecosystem.
• Integrate and deploy end-to-end features.
• Work closely with the product and operations teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Contribute to system design, architecture discussions, and DevOps improvements.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code with strong testing discipline.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer .
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB .
• Familiarity with React.js or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Understanding of REST APIs , JSON , authentication , and web security concepts .
• Experience with Git, version control, and CI/CD environments.
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) preferred.
• Familiarity with WebRTC , telecom APIs , or VoIP models is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor or Wind Shark is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude.
