Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in .NET Core and React.js to build, enhance, and scale modern applications. The role requires active involvement in requirements understanding, verification & validation, and ownership across the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a product-driven or startup mindset, taking responsibility from concept to production.

Must-Have Skills

• 512 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core / C#.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Database - Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL
• Strong working experience with Azure DevOps.
• Experience in requirements analysis, verification & validation (V&V).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in product-based or startup environments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure SQL).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Experience of working in Digital Twin, 3D.js, Blueprint will be added advantage
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and test automation.
• Exposure to DevOps best practices, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.
• Knowledge of domain-driven design or clean architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core (C#).
• Build responsive, scalable frontend applications using React.js.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Work extensively with Azure DevOps for source control, builds, releases, and work items.
• Support automated deployments and environment configurations.
• Ensure code quality, security, and deployment reliability.

Requirements, Verification & Validation

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
• Participate in requirements verification and validation activities.
• Ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and defect resolution.

Engineering & Product Ownership

• Follow SDLC and Agile best practices.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Think from a product and customer perspective, not just technical implementation.
• Actively contribute to product improvements, scalability, and performance.
