Role Overview

We're looking for two Full Stack Engineers to join our engineering team. You'll work on building

and scaling our AI-powered lead management platform, developing universal CRM connectors,

and creating intelligent automation systems. You'll be at the forefront of technologies like LLM

integrations, AI agents, intent classification, and voice modulation systems.

What You'll Work On:

LLM-powered systems for intelligent lead processing and scoring

AI agent orchestration frameworks that coordinate multiple services

Intent classification engines for understanding customer signals

Voice modulation and real-time telephony integrations

Universal CRM connectors and API abstraction layers

Real-time data pipelines and event-driven architectures

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python, Django, and React

Build scalable CRM connectors and unified API layers for multi-platform integrations

Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to implement intelligent features into production

systems

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the stack

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Requirements:

BE/BTech in Computer Science or related field from a top-tier institution (IITs, NITs,

BITS, IIITs, or equivalent)

3-6 years of professional software development experience

Strong proficiency in Python and Django

Strong experience in Relational Database - PostgreSQL

Solid experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with Styled Components or similar CSS-in-JS solutions

Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration patterns

Understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows

Good to Have:

Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS)

Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools

Experience with real-time systems, webhooks, or event-driven architectures

Understanding of telephony systems or voice processing
