Full Stack Engineer

Quidich Innovation Labs is a global company headquartered in Mumbai, India, that pioneers in customized technology solutions for Sports Broadcast. Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in full-stack development, a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions, and a passion for robust, scalable infrastructure. You will be a key member of our product engineering team, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining full-stack web applications. Beyond feature development, you will play a crucial role in shaping our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and overall system reliability. Youll bridge the gap between frontend excellence, backend logic, and cloud operations, ensuring our products are performant, secure, and observable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Designing and implementing user-friendly interfaces using various UI frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Working with data structures and algorithms to optimize software performances.
• Integrating various deep learning algorithms into the existing software.
• Ensuringing the seamless integration of front-end and back-end components to deliver a cohesive and user-friendly experience.
• Utilizinging MongoDB for efficient and organized data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Optimizing and troubleshooting existing systems, addressing performance bottlenecks, and enhancing overall system reliability.
• Staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in full-stack development, and database technologies, and incorporating innovative solutions into our projects.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adhere to best practices.
• Collaborating with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, feature-rich applications.
• Participating in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack capacity.
• Hands-on experience in live video visualization on web platforms and cloud server orchestration using containerization.
• High proficiency in React, with strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Solid experience with at least one backend language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases for database design, implementation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Version Control: Comfortable with Git.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership, a desire to automate, and a commitment to building sustainable systems.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
