Everyone worries about the dooms-day in climate change which is expected to occur in the 2050s. However, there's one doom's day which is the reality for millions of people around the world today. Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children's deaths occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come.

Role Summary

Were hiring a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer to build high-impact product features across our web platforms, including enterprise dashboards and customer-facing applications.

Youll ship production features end-to-end and play a key role in turning complex product ideas into polished user experiences.

What Youll Work On

• Developing, testing, and debugging software solutions across platforms
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications
• Help design and validate solutions for business requirements and software architecture
• Monitor and support existing software systems, contributing to continuous improvement
• Implement authentication and authorization workflows in applications
• Write unit tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Document code and contribute to internal knowledge bases for both existing and upcoming projects

Skill Requirements

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, and React.js
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end fundamentals (e.g., Bootstrap or similar component libraries)
• Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and REST API design
• Familiarity with databases, RDBMS (MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) is a plus
• Interest in building responsive and intuitive web/mobile applications
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Git is preferred
• Awareness of modern authentication/authorization technologies such as JWT

Must-Haves

• 35 years experience fullstack development
• Strong React fundamentals
• Solid Node.js backend experience
• Experience building dashboards or admin panels
• Good product intuition

Bonus

• Experience with charts/data visualization
• Multi-tenant apps
• Startup experience
