Full Stack Engineer

About The Role

Lilo is looking for a Full-Stack/Backend Engineer to help our Operations team scale. Youll design and build internal tools and workflows that support customer orders and drive customer success.

From hotels to gyms, schools, and senior living homes, we streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisonssaving our clients both time and money. We are already transforming procurement for major brands like Fairfield, Hampton Inn, and Hilton.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain internal workflows to automate order processing and support tasks
• Integrate internal tools with third-party systems and APIs
• Work closely with Operations & Customer Success to understand pain points and ship fast, reliable solutions
• Monitor, debug, and improve existing automations and services

Tech Stack

• Node.js
• Python
• AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.)

What You Will Need

• Strong experience with Node.js and/or Python in production
• Solid understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and databases
• Experience on AWS (serverless is a plus)
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical teammates and building directly their needs (no PM to translate)
• Pragmatic, detail-oriented, and focused on shipping value quickly.
• Tons of ownership, dont need hand-holding.
• Eager to learn, build and have bias to action.
• English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or B2 level , both written and spoken.
• Availability to work in US East Coast time zone .
