- Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices on private cloud infrastructure
- Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences using React
- Implement and evolve event-driven solutions leveraging Kafka
- Integrate with internal platforms and external vendor systems and APIs
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and robust CI/CD practices
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability, performance, and observability
- Partner with product, operations, and trading stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and best practices in an agile environment
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of recent experience as a full stack developer
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; RESTful API design
- Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms
- Strong React skills and familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern front-end tooling
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing (e.g., JUnit, Jest)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
