Full Stack Engineer

Role: Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary

We are seeking an innovative, results-driven Full Stack Developer with deep expertise across UI, services, and database development.

You will build and scale modern applications using React, .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Python, establish robust automated testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), and apply Generative AI (Gen AI) capabilities (including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), orchestration, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)) to deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across React UI, backend services, and PostgreSQL data layers.

Build scalable APIs and services using .NET Core and Python, with strong engineering practices (security, performance, maintainability).

Design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure data integrity and performance in PostgreSQL.

Create and maintain test setups and automation for:

Unit tests

Integration tests

End-to-end (E2E) tests

Implement CI/CD-friendly test automation and ensure reliable releases through quality gates and coverage standards.

Use AI-assisted development workflows responsibly with VS Code and Cursor (e.g., prototyping, refactoring, test generation support, review acceleration).

Build and integrate Gen AI solutions using RAG, Agentic AI workflows, LLMs, orchestration patterns, and MCP where applicable.

Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, using Docker for consistent environments and scalable delivery.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into reliable software outcomes.

Contribute to technical direction, continuous improvement, and a culture of engineering excellence.

Must-have Skills

Expert-level full stack development across UI, services, and databases.

Strong hands-on experience with:

React.

.NET Core.

Python.

PostgreSQL.

Proven ability to set up and maintain:

Unit testing.

Integration testing.

End-to-end (E2E) testing.

Practical experience using AI with IDEs such as VS Code and Cursor.

Knowledge of Gen AI, including Agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, orchestration, and MCP.

Experience with AWS Cloud.

Experience with Docker.

Good-to-have Skills:

Microservices and distributed systems experience.

Observability practices (logging, metrics, tracing).

CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.

Experience building reusable accelerators, templates, or internal developer platforms.
