Growth Valley Community (GVC) turns ambitious teens into real-world builders. Our next leap is the Our AI tool an AI layer that ingests every student artefact. We need an engineer who can own that engine end-to-end.

What youll build

• Multi-agent pipeline craft & fine-tune LLM prompts that tag skills, spot gaps, and recommend next steps.
• Engagement brains auto-generate nudges, streaks and Slack / WhatsApp messages that keep WAU > 75 %.
• Parent & school dashboards real-time, privacy-safe progress views (FastAPI + React).
• Data plumbing vector DB (Pinecone/Weaviate) + graph DB (Neo4j) + Supabase/Postgres for event firehose.
• Guardrails PII redaction, hallucination tests, compliance logging.

Must-haves

• 2 + yrs Python ML/infra (TensorFlow/PyTorch, FastAPI, Docker).
• Hands-on with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) & prompt engineering.
• Experience shipping production rec-sys or NLP features at scale.
• Comfortable with vector search, embeddings, and at least one graph database.
• Git, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP) second nature.

Nice-to-haves

• Ed-tech or youth-focused product background.
• LangChain / LlamaIndex, Supabase Edge Functions.
• Basic front-end chops (React, Next.js) for rapid UI tweaks.
