Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java (Spring WebFlux) and ReactJS to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend layers, and should be open to leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Java (Spring WebFlux) and ReactJS

Build reactive, scalable backend services using Spring WebFlux

Design and implement RESTful APIs and asynchronous data flows

Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using ReactJS

Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content-driven applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and DevOps

Utilize AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve development efficiency

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java and Spring Framework (Spring WebFlux preferred)

Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development

Good understanding of reactive programming and microservices architecture

Experience in building and consuming REST APIs

Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Experience working with AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Experience with Git and version control systems

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Node.js or additional backend frameworks

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
