Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer( Senior/Lead) to join our growing engineering team in Pune. In this role, you will design, build, and scale end-to-end features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and AWS-based cloud services. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

For Lead-level candidates, this role also involves technical ownership, mentoring engineers, and influencing architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 410 years of professional experience in Full Stack development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience building backend services (Node.js or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
