Role Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer at Exxat, you will:

• Design, develop and enhance microservices-based web applications
• Own features end-to-end from requirement analysis to deployment and monitoring
• Work closely with architects, product managers and UI/UX teams to deliver exceptional features
• Drive engineering excellence with clean, secure, maintainable code and automation

Youll contribute to solutions used by thousands of clinical students and healthcare partners across the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Solve complex engineering problems with sound design approaches using HLDs and LLDs
• Build high-performance backend services using Go / C# .NET / Java (preferred)
• Develop modern web frontends using React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Follow full stack architecture principles API, UI, database, security, caching, observability
• Develop scalable microservices with strong APIs and integrations
• Ensure quality, reliability, maintainability and performance
• Write automated unit & integration tests as part of every deliverable
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
• Mentor junior developers on design, coding, and code reviews
• Support DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization and automation
• Conduct POCs to evaluate new technologies and enhance product capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience in enterprise-grade or SaaS products
• Strong knowledge of:
• Backend: Go / C#/.NET / Java
• Frontend: React or Angular , JavaScript/TypeScript
• Databases: SQL or NoSQL (MongoDB preferred)
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, SOLID principles
• Experience with: REST APIs , microservices architecture, API security
• Agile Scrum and SDLC best practices
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and performance-optimization skills
