About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and execute the development of EazyAI, an innovative plug-and-play AI assistant platform for conversational commerce. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the complete technology stack from frontend chat widgets to AI-powered backend services, working across React, Node.js, Azure AI services, and AWS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development

Develop and maintain MERN stack based chat SDK and admin portal components

Build embeddable JavaScript widgets optimized for cross-domain integration

Implement responsive UI/UX for chat interfaces with real-time messaging capabilities

Backend Architecture

Design and implement Microservices APIs for chat SDK integration

Develop webhook systems for bidirectional event communication with client websites

Implement JWT-based authentication and HTTPS security protocols

Integrate AI models for chat and recommendations

Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using PostgreSQL

Develop personalized recommendation engines using machine learning models

Data & Infrastructure

Handle CDN deployment and optimization using AWS S3 and CloudFront

Ensure security best practices including CSP, CORS, and origin isolation

Implement analytics and funnel tracking systems for customer journey visualization

Manage AWS infrastructure including EC2, ECS, CDN, Sagemaker, etc

Develop data pipelines for product enrichment and recommendation model training

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

1-2 years of full-stack development experience with React and Node.js

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful APIs, and webhook implementations

Experience with containerization (Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Knowledge of PostgreSQL, vector databases, and SQL optimization

Understanding of AI/ML integration, particularly with language models and recommendation systems

DevOps & Infrastructure

Experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, CloudFront, ALB, RDS)

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and monitoring solutions

Understanding of security best practices, authentication, and data compliance

Experience with multi-tenant architecture and client isolation patterns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience building embeddable widgets or third-party integrations

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and conversational AI

Background in analytics, funnel optimization, and customer journey tracking

Experience with Redis caching, CDN optimization, and performance tuning

Understanding of GDPR, data privacy, and enterprise security requirements

Knowledge of transformer models, RAG architectures, and multimodal AI systems

Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms

Knowledge of vector embeddings, semantic search, and recommendation algorithms

Understanding of model deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization
