Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer (Java + React JS) to join our team in Mumbai . The role involves building and enhancing enterprisegrade financial applications with strong emphasis on quality, scalability, and performance. Candidates should have handson expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies, along with strong communication and problemsolving skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java / Spring Boot (backend) and React JS (frontend).

2. System Integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate services and ensure seamless data flow.

3. Code Quality & Standards

• Write clean, maintainable code.
• Conduct peer code reviews and enforce best practices.

4. Performance Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.

5. Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to process improvements and tooling enhancements.

6. Requirement Analysis

• Work with BAs and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.

7. Testing & Debugging

• Develop and execute unit, integration, and endtoend tests to ensure application quality.

8. Documentation

• Prepare clear technical documentation, design documents, and user guides.

9. Security

• Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• Advanced experience in React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Good understanding of REST APIs & Microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with SQL / Oracle / MongoDB
• Version control expertise with Git
• Experience with CI/CD using tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP ) is a plus
