Job Title: Technical Manager (Full Stack Backend & Front-End)

Location: Gurgaon (4 days work from office)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Manager with strong hands-on expertise in Microservices architecture, Cloud technologies, and Full Stack development. The ideal candidate will lead system design and development of highly scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems and mission-critical applications, while managing a team of vendor/partner developers to deliver on product roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex systems using Microservices and Event-Driven design patterns.
• Develop highly scalable, distributed transactional systems and mission-critical applications.
• Ensure production readiness aspects like Observability, Security, Performance, and Scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevSecOps, Product, Business) to meet organizational milestones.
• Manage and mentor vendor/partner development teams.
• Drive system design (HLD and LLD) and implement design patterns such as SAGA, Circuit Breaker, Reactive, Outpost, etc.
• Handle Non-Functional Requirements (Security, Performance, Analytics, Audit/Logging, Monitoring/Alerting).

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Microservices architecture and Cloud-based systems (AWS / Azure / GCP certifications preferred).
• Strong experience in Java and backend development.
• Expertise in Web and Mobile front-end technologies with exposure to full stack development:
• React JS, React Native, Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, Android/iOS native apps.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Strong understanding of Big Data ecosystem: Databricks, Apache Spark, BigQuery, NoSQL.
• Experience with Event-driven design patterns and distributed systems.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Creativity in building intuitive and responsive UX.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work with multiple levels in the organization and key business holders.
• Product mindset with proactive planning and execution.
