Job Description
Role: Team Lead Full Stack Development
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: 710 years

What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers delivering end-to-end features
- Own security across application layers (authentication, data protection, compliance)
- Drive backend-heavy development (60%) with Python (FastAPI/Django)
- Build scalable, accessible frontend solutions (40%) using React + TypeScript
- Integrate APIs and healthcare devices
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA / PDPA standards and OWASP best practices
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and architecture teams to deliver high-impact solutions
What Were Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience in Python + React/TypeScript
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience
- Solid understanding of OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, audit logging
- Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and cloud deployments
- Healthcare domain exposure (EMR/EHR, HL7/FHIR) is a strong plus
