Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus who can also contribute effectively to backend development. The ideal candidate should be product-minded, UX-driven, and experienced in building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS. This role requires experience in developing custom AI-powered solutions, integrating AI agents into applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and working with modern DevOps practices. Strong hands-on expertise in React (or Angular/Vue), Python/Java backend, and distributed systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture and user experience

Collaborate closely with UX/design teams to deliver intuitive, product-first solutions

Build and maintain robust backend services using Python and/or Java

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices

Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS

Build custom AI solutions to solve business problems

Integrate AI agents and LLM-based capabilities into applications

Implement prompt engineering techniques for LLM-driven features

Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Follow DevOps best practices including containerization and infrastructure as code

Ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and security

Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architectural discussions

Contribute to distributed system design and large-scale system optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Frontend (Primary Focus)

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks:

React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js

Experience building responsive, scalable UI systems

Strong understanding of UX principles and product-first thinking

Backend

7+ years of experience in software development

Strong hands-on experience in Python and/or Java

Experience building REST APIs and microservices

Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases

Cloud & DevOps

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.)

Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CodePipeline, etc.)

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation preferred)

AI / LLM Experience

Experience building custom AI solutions for business use cases

Experience integrating AI agents into applications

Practical knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs

Exposure to OpenAI APIs or other LLM platforms is a plus
