Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineers with strong experience in AWS Cloud Engineering, Amazon Connect, API development, and Java-based applications for developing and enhancing our BFSI Client's Contact Center application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, securing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications while following Dev SecOps best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java-based backend services and modern frontend frameworks.
• Architect, implement, and manage solutions on AWS Cloud , with a strong focus on Amazon Connect and related contact centre integrations.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices with high availability, scalability, and security.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, embedding security into CI/CD pipelines and application design.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, monitoring, and logging in cloud environments.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in applications and cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Cloud Engineer .
• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture preferred).
• Experience with Front End Frameworks like Angular.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS services , including:
• Amazon Connect
• EC2, S3, RDS/DynamoDB
• Lambda, API Gateway
• IAM, CloudWatch
• Amazon Lex
• Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs .
• Experience with Dev SecOps practices, including:
• CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
• Security scanning (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning)
• Secrets management and secure configuration
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.
