Full Stack Engineer

Position Summary :

Were looking for a versatile Full Stack Developer to join our Digital Strategy team, partnering with fellow engineers and business leaders to design, build and maintain end-to-end solutions. Youll leverage React on the front end, Python and .NET on the back end, and SQL for data storage while harnessing groundbreaking technologies like AIto power key strategic initiatives that streamline operations, empower employees and drive measurable business value.

Technical Requirements:

• Solid 8-12 years of experience building full-stack applications with React, Python, and/or .NET (C#).
• Proficiency in SQL Server, Postgres, or similar RDBMS; experience designing normalized schemas and tuning complex queries.
• DevOps & Tooling: Experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Distributed Team Experience: Proven ability to collaborate in cross-cultural, global teams; strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Analytical Mindset: Aptitude for translating complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Design & APIs: Solid grasp of Stateless, & RESTful design, microservices patterns and event- driven architectures.
