Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team in Pune. In this role, you will work closely with US-based stakeholders and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and APIs. This position offers hands-on exposure to modern backend frameworks, frontend technologies, and AI-driven integrations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using FastAPI and Node.js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
• Develop frontend components using TypeScript and JavaScript (as needed)
• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization
• Support and integrate AI-based features (basic exposure to ML models or AI APIs)
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Follow best practices, security standards, and SDLC processes
• Provide regular status updates and participate in daily stand-ups with US teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in Full Stack or Backend Development
• Strong experience with FastAPI and/or Node.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of API design and development
• Good knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Basic exposure to AI/ML integrations or AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.)
• Experience with Git and version control
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work in US EST working hours and collaborate with global teams

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Docker, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
• Understanding of OAuth, JWT authentication/authorization
• Experience building scalable, production-grade applications

Work Model

• Onsite role in Pune
